Essential Qualification	Intermediate or 12th pass from Recognized Board. Typewriting Certificate in Lower for both Tamil & English issued by Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test both Tamil and English. Experience in Microsoft Office, especially documentation (Word, Excel, and PPT). Effective listening skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Desirable Qualification	Graduate in Computer Science/ Commerce / Accounts.
Nature of Duties	Perform entry of samples received, samples tested and results of the samples tested in computer. Perform consolidation of results using appropriate software. Prepare necessary official communications such as emails, letters to various districts of the TN state. Admin-related work for the project, which includes drafting request letters, and progress reports, coordinating for UC & SoE, Maintenance of admin. Records, etc. Any other work assigned by PI and Co Pl.
Emoluments	Salary of Rs.17,000/- p.m.

✔️ The salary for Grade A Data Entry Operator is Rs 17,000/- per month

Eligibility - Age Limit | Qualification

The eligibility criteria for the Data Entry Operator – Grade A position under the ICMR Adhoc Project at the Directorate of Public Health & Preventive Medicine (DPH&PM) are as follows:

1. Age Limit: The candidate should be within 25 years of age. Age relaxation may be applicable for candidates from SC/ST/OBC categories and other eligible categories as per government rules.

2. Educational Qualification:

• The candidate must have completed Intermediate or 12th standard from a Recognized Board.
• A Typewriting Certificate in Lower for both Tamil & English issued by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu is required.
• The candidate should have a speed test qualification of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour in both Tamil and English.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially documentation (Word, Excel, and PPT), is necessary.
• The candidate should possess effective listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

3. Desirable Qualification:

•  It is desirable for the candidate to be a Graduate in Computer Science/Commerce/Accounts.

DPH&PM Data Entry Operator 2023 Reservation

✔️ For reserved category posts, candidates must produce their latest Caste Validity Certificate. OBC candidates must possess a latest valid non-creamy layer certificate. PWD candidates shall produce latest disability certificate issued by a Medical Board of Government hospital with not less than 40%
disability.

 

✔️ Age relaxation is admissible in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates, Retrenched Government Employees, Departmental Candidates (including projects) and Ex-Servicemen in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other ICMR research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.
